We are confident that Storage Manager will help you reclaim valuable disk space on your Mac. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:
- Send an email to support@storagemanager.app
- Include your purchase receipt or order number
- We will process your refund within 2 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After the Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You may continue to use Storage Preview (read-only analysis), but cleanup functionality will be disabled.
Exceptions
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and accommodating in all situations.
